I have been a licensed psychotherapist for over 20 years, working primarily with adults, both individuals and couples. I have a passion for personal growth and healing, and I love what I do. To continue growing as a therapist, I have continually sought extra training in both individual and couples therapy. I also have been highly successful in working with those suffering from addictions and trauma. It is very gratifying to see my clients heal and rebuild their lives. I value the importance of nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness to complement therapy in supporting overall health and wellbeing.
